1. What Sagvira sells
Sagvira sells premium artificial (imitation) jewellery. Our pieces are 316L surgical stainless steel and skin-safe alloy, finished with 18K gold-tone PVD vacuum plating and set with 5A lab-created cubic zirconia diamond simulants.
Sagvira jewellery is not solid gold, not gold-filled, not 925 sterling silver and not set with natural diamonds. Nothing we publish should be read as a claim of precious-metal content, hallmarking or investment value. Where we describe a piece as "18K gold-tone", that refers to the colour and finish of the plating, not to gold purity.
2. Product descriptions and images
We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can. Screen calibration, lighting and scale can still make colours and sizes look different from the piece in hand. Dimensions are given with a small manufacturing tolerance.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.
- Prices and offers can change without notice, but never after you have paid for an order.
- Your order is confirmed only when payment succeeds, or when a cash-on-delivery order is verified.
4. Coupons and offers
Coupon conditions shown on the cart page apply as stated. Unless we say otherwise: one coupon per order, coupons cannot be combined, they carry no cash value, and we may withdraw a code at any time before it is applied to a paid order. Buy 2 Get 1 discounts the lowest-priced qualifying item in each set of three.
5. Order acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or resale abuse.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
7. Care and suitability
Our pieces are waterproof and sweatproof in ordinary wear, including showers and workouts. They are not designed for swimming pools, sea water, bleach, strong solvents, industrial chemicals or saunas. Although our plating is nickel and lead free, no material suits every skin — stop wearing a piece and contact us if you notice irritation.
8. Your account and conduct
Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not scrape the site, resell our photography or copy our product descriptions.
9. Intellectual property
The Sagvira name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law permits, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
