This policy explains what Sagvira collects when you shop at sagvira.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to our customer support channels.

What we never collect
We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway; the card details you enter go to them, not to us.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners — name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
- Payment gateway — order amount and contact details, to take payment and issue refunds.
- Communication tools — phone or email, to send order and shipping updates.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data stored in your browser
Your shopping bag, wishlist and recently-viewed list live in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them. They are never transmitted to us except as part of an order you submit.
Marketing messages
We email you only if you subscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and continue regardless.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for two years.
Your rights
Write to sagvira.jewel@gmail.com to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests cannot remove records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password if you create an account.
Children
Sagvira is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the legal entity operating sagvira.com. Our registered business name, address and GSTIN are listed on the contact page.
