Dispatch timeline
Every Sagvira order is quality-inspected before it leaves us. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; orders after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Estimates start from dispatch, not from the time you place the order. They are estimates, not guarantees — weather, strikes and courier backlogs can add time.
Shipping charges
- Free insured shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.
- Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹79 shipping fee, shown before you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available on eligible PIN codes at no extra charge.
Courier partners
We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart and Ekart. The partner assigned to your parcel and its AWB number appear on your live tracking page as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Tracking your parcel
Every order gets a Sagvira order ID beginning with SGV-. Enter that ID, or the phone number you checked out with, on the tracking page to see the four-stage shipment timeline and courier checkpoints.
Failed delivery attempts
Couriers make up to three attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping fees on returned-to-origin parcels are not refundable.
Incorrect address
Tell us within two hours of ordering if your address is wrong — once a parcel is handed to the courier we cannot change the destination.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer packaging is torn or the seal is broken, please refuse delivery and email us the same day. Parcels accepted in damaged condition are harder for us to claim against the courier.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only.
